Robert M. "Matt" Grant is an experienced financial planning professional, having practiced for more than 15 years in the field of financial planning where he has helped his clients design and execute investment, risk management, and estate planning strategies.
A 2001 graduate of Gulf Shores High School, he attended Auburn University where he earned a B.S. degree in Accounting. Upon graduation, Mr. Grant was hired at First Protective Insurance Group in Birmingham, AL where he obtained his Series 7, 24, and 66 Securities Registrations along with his Life and Health License. In addition, he also obtained the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter through the American College which is only attained by completing eight professional courses on investments, insurance, and estate planning.
He is actively involved with Kiwanis Club of Gulf Shores, the Lower Alabama chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association, and the Tri-City Foundation Advisory Council.
Matt is married to Allison Grant. They have two children (Anne Pavey and Robert) and enjoy going out on the boat or to the beach with friends and family.
